Why Choosing Silver Jewelry?
  • Skin-friendly & Safe: Standard S925 silver features stable chemical properties. It is lead-free and nickel-free, rarely triggers skin allergies, ideal for sensitive skin and meets European and American jewelry safety standards.
  • Premium Texture: Its cool silvery luster is highly versatile. Polished silver matches pearls and rhinestones perfectly to create an elegant luxury aesthetic for all outfits.
  • Cost-effective: Far more affordable than platinum and gold. With strong malleability, it can be crafted into delicate shapes such as round beads and diamond settings with diverse styles.
  • Restorable & Durable: Tarnished silver can be polished to restore shine, and minor deformation can be adjusted, boasting a longer service life than alloy accessories.

Are all the metal parts in the jewelry made of 925 sterling silver?

Our store sells 925 and 999 sterling silver jewelry. With the exception of the springs inside the clasps and the plating layers—which are not made of 925 sterling silver, all other metal parts of the jewelry are made of 925 or 999 sterling silver. Please note that 925 or 999 sterling silver cannot be used to make springs because it lacks the necessary elasticity to spring back!

Are your stones diamonds?

We select premium cubic zirconia for our daily jewelry, as it provides excellent sparkle, great durability and ethical production. This choice lets us offer well-crafted, stylish sparkling jewelry at a reasonable price for everyday wear.Cubic zirconia scores 8.5 on the Mohs hardness scale, while natural diamond is 10. It is hard enough for daily wear and resists scratches from common everyday objects.

Is your jewelry made of sterling silver? What is the silver content? Will it tarnish or turn black?

Most of our standard jewelry is made of 925 international standard sterling silver, while some styles are made of 999 fine silver; this is noted on the product detail page. 925 silver does not lose its color; however, oxidation may cause it to turn black or yellow, which is a normal phenomenon for silver jewelry and not a quality issue. Use a silver polishing cloth to bring your silver jewelry back to its luster. Proper daily care can significantly delay oxidation.

Is the “S925” mark engraved on the inside of the jewelry?

All finished products are uniformly stamped with “S925” or “S999” on the inside.

Why do silver jewelry pieces come in different colors?

We use electroplating to protect our jewelry from oxidation and to apply different colors to silver pieces. The main methods are vacuum nano-plating and wet plating.

What materials are used for each colour of plating?

White gold is a rhodium plating; 18K gold is a mixture of pure gold and palladium; rose gold/champagne gold is a mixture of copper, pure gold and palladium.

Is there a significant difference between the photos and the actual product? Are there color discrepancies?

Most photos are real-life shots that have been professionally retouched, taken from multiple angles under natural light. Slight color differences may occur due to variations in smartphone screens and lighting conditions; the actual texture of the product is generally superior to what is shown in the photos.
