Terms of Service - Geowence

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“Customer”, “You”) and Geowence (“We”, “Us”, “Our”), governing all access, browsing, account registration, order placement, shopping and after-sales services on www.geowence.com.

By visiting, registering, submitting orders and paying on our website, you fully acknowledge and agree to abide by all clauses of these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy & Return & Refund Policy. If you disagree with any provision, please stop using our website immediately.

1. User Eligibility

You confirm you are at least 18 years old and have full legal capacity to sign purchase contracts. Minors under 18 shall not use our website without legal guardian’s explicit consent.
You promise all submitted personal information (name, address, email, phone number) is true, accurate and valid. False information leading to delivery failure or order loss shall be borne solely by you.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

All texts, pictures, logos, product designs, webpage layout, copywriting on Geowence website are protected by trademark, copyright and design patent law.
No individual or institution may copy, download, modify, reprint, commercial repost, scrape our website content without our written authorization. Unauthorized infringement will be pursued for legal liability.
Customers shall not use Geowence trademark and brand name for illegal fraud, counterfeit goods production.

3. Order & Contract Establishment

Product display on the website is only commodity invitation, not a binding sales contract. Your submission & payment of an order is regarded as purchase application.
The official order confirmation email or delivery arrangement notification sent by us represents contract establishment. We reserve the right to cancel unshipped orders under these conditions:
- System pricing error, product out of stock;
- Suspected credit card fraud, abnormal malicious orders;
- Incorrect delivery address provided by customers;
- Orders involving sanctioned countries/regions prohibited by international laws.
After order confirmation, address modification request shall be submitted to customer service within 12 hours; address changes beyond this period cannot be guaranteed to take effect.

4. Price, Tax & Payment Rules

All displayed prices are denominated in US Dollars, excluding international import tariffs, customs duties, local consumption tax and logistics insurance fees; relevant tariff costs shall be borne by customers according to local customs regulations.
We accept PayPal authorized official payment channels only. We never store your credit card information, all payment data is encrypted and processed by third-party payment institutions.
Once payment is successfully deducted, the order enters processing queue. Unpaid orders will be automatically cancelled after 48 hours.
We have the right to adjust commodity prices and promotional activities without prior notice, but the confirmed order price will not be changed arbitrarily.

5. Shipping, Delivery & Risk Transfer

We will arrange delivery within 1–5 working days after order confirmation; all delivery time on the page is only estimated time, not legally guaranteed delivery deadline. Force majeure (customs inspection, natural disaster, airline delay, postal backlog) will lead to delayed delivery, we do not compensate for subjective losses.
The ownership and damage risk of goods shall be transferred to you once the parcel is handed over to international logistics carriers.
For lost parcels confirmed by official logistics track, we provide free re-delivery or full refund according to after-sales rules.

6. Return, Refund & After-sales Agreement

This clause is associated with our independent Return & Refund Policy:

Cross-border high logistics cost leads to no return mailing for non-quality problems (wrong size, aesthetic dissatisfaction, personal dislike, wearing effect gap). All non-defective finished silver jewelry is final sale.
Only damaged goods, wrong items, defective craftsmanship within 7 days after receipt are supported for free reissue or full refund without goods return.
Man-made damage, scratch, deformation, silver oxidation, artificial modification of jewelry structure are excluded from after-sales warranty scope.

7. Prohibited User Behaviors

You are forbidden to conduct the following behaviors on our website:

Hacking, malicious attack, crawler mass data capture, website tampering, injecting malicious code;
Using the website for illegal transactions, fraud, money laundering, counterfeit product resale;
Harassing, insulting, threatening our customer service staff, fabricating false bad reviews to maliciously extort compensation;
Registering multiple accounts to brush orders, maliciously maliciously place bulk orders to disrupt normal store operation. We have the right to directly close your account, cancel orders and reserve the right of legal recourse for violation.

8. Disclaimer & Liability Limitation

Silver jewelry will naturally oxidize and darken after long-term exposure to air, sweat and chemical cosmetics, which belongs to normal physical characteristics, not product quality problems.
Slight color difference between physical object and picture is caused by different screen light, it is not a quality defect.
We shall not be liable for indirect losses including but not limited to mood loss, travel delay, work loss, opportunity loss caused by delayed delivery; our maximum compensation limit shall not exceed the actual order payment amount.
We are not responsible for local customs detention, confiscation, fine caused by customers’ non-compliance with import regulations.

9. Cookie & Personal Data

The collection and use of your personal data shall be subject to the independent Privacy Policy of Geowence. You have the right to opt out of non-essential tracking cookies at any time.

10. Policy Revision

We reserve the right to update and revise these Terms irregularly. The latest updated date on the page shall prevail. Continuous browsing and shopping after revision publication means you accept the updated clauses.

11. Dispute Resolution & Jurisdiction

All disputes shall be resolved preferentially through friendly email negotiation.
In case of litigation, disputes shall be governed by the law of the place where Geowence operates, and small claims arbitration is adopted preferentially.
