1. Order Processing Time
All orders will be processed within 1–3 business days after payment verification.
Processing excludes weekends and official public holidays. No shipments will be dispatched on off-days.
2. Shipping Fee Rule
A flat shipping fee of $4.99 USD will be charged for all orders with subtotal under $50 USD.
Free standard shipping is offered for orders whose subtotal reaches or exceeds $50 USD.
3. Import Duty Charge
Generally, our shipping services do not require customers to pay import duties. If customs contacts you regarding the payment of duties, please contact us first, and we will reach out to the logistics company to confirm the details.

Once shipped, a confirmation email with YunExpress tracking number will be sent automatically. You can track parcels in 3 ways:

- Official YunExpress tracking website.
6. Delivery Restrictions & Notice
- Transit times are estimates only. We do not guarantee exact delivery dates. Delays caused by customs, flight shortages, natural disasters are beyond our control.
- We cannot deliver to PO boxes, APO/FPO military addresses or remote non-serviceable regions marked by YunExpress.
7. Support for Delivery Issues
If your package has abnormal logistics updates, severe delays, loss or damage, please contact us with your order ID and tracking number. We will assist you with claims and follow-up solutions.
